Her passion for transforming lives through beauty laid the foundation for her remarkable journey.​ With 32 years of being Totally Chic Salon's Owner, her salon earned recognition as One of the Top 200 Salons in North America, reflecting her dedication to excellence and growth. Today, as the founder of Divine Salon Suites, Karen empowers beauty professionals to achieve their dreams by creating a space where talent flourishes and clients experience extraordinary care.​   

Though Karen still cherishes her time behind the chair, her primary focus is coaching, mentoring, and inspiring others. She pours her expertise into fostering her team at Totally Chic and guiding the talented Suite Owners at Divine Salon Suites, helping them unlock their potential and build legacies of their own.
